You have all been wondering which naughty celeb would be next in line to be caught in the middle of a sex tape scandal, and we may have just found out who that is! Word is starting to spread that there exists a sex tape involving Lindsay Lohan. We all know that Lohan loves to live dangerously, getting caught with drugs, DUIs, spending time behind bars, going in and out of rehab, and now caught up in a legal storm involving a stolen necklace, so it's not really a surprise that she may have taped herself having sex. No details have been released about the tape yet, so we are all left to make our own assumptions about what has been captured on film. Lindsay plays for both teams, having been in public relationships with both guys and gals, so we're dying to know if this is a straight sex tape or a lesbian one!

Maybe she's following in Tila Tequila's tracks and it will soon be revealed that this is a pussy fest between Lindsay and one (or more?) girls. Lindsay Lohan's naked body isn't something the world hasn't seen before, she often flaunts her huge tits in tight revealing clothing, and has been snapped on more than one occasion wearing see through tops. But I think the public has yet to get a shot of her full on nude, so hopefully this tape is the real deal and has some full frontal, XXX nudity so we can all see what Lohan is working with. We all know Lindsay loves to drink and do drugs (and who knows what else!), and some of her hard partying ways may be captured on a tape out there. Page Six news had made claims that during a huge Hollywood party, that hosted huge names like Paris Hilton, Stavros Niarchos and Ryan Seacrest, miss Lohan was captured on tape doing things that would give her young fans nightmares! This is assuming she has any fans, especially young girls, left! Pretty sure most of her fans hit the road after the first drug bust/probation stint, then more left after her crazy lesbian relationship (although this little act probably gained a few too), and then most definitely all fans abandoned her after she went to jail and then came right out only to steal a necklace and possibly go back IN (allegedly...)! Details of the tape are kinda fuzzy, nothing confirmed, but something about Lindsay doing lines of coke and bragging about how many a-list celebs she's been in bed with may have been mentioned. A weird story about a rat running through the house during the party and disrupting the crowd was also told, not really sure what relevance this has to the Lohan cellphone video, maybe just to make the vid seem more authentic? Miley Cyrus fans were totally baffled when she was caught on video smoking a legal drug, so you can imagine how Lohan's followers must feel reading this because we are pretty sure NOTHING Lindsay does is legal! Lindsay was such a promising young star, she's really f*cked things up for herself. It's been said she's moving to the East coast for a new start, and we hope so because that's exactly what this troubled actress needs.

This girl just can't seem to stay out of trouble. Fresh out of jail, where she was put for violating probation, Lilo has gone and gotten herself into another sticky situation that may cause the trainwreck actress to spend even more time wearing stripes behind bars. After bursting into tears for her first sentencing, Lindsay seems to be handling this second trail quite well- maybe she's getting used to this whole court thing! I don't even think we can call her an actress anymore, she spends so much time in court she's more of a lawyer than an actress. Back around February of this year, Lindsay ventured into a Venice Beach jewelry store called Kamofie & Co and was later photographed wearing a necklace from the store valued around $2500. She was latered accused of stealing the necklace, but in her defense she is claiming she simply borrowed the expensive piece of jewelry. Police obtained a search warrant to go through her house looking for the piece, but the necklace was turned in before they had a chance. She has been bouncing in and out of the court house ever since trying to avoid jail time by claiming she didn't intenitonally steal the piece. Didn't she learn anything from Wynona Ryder! You think her ever move would have been carefully thought out and calculated after serving 30 horrific days behind bars, but apparantly she really is just that dumb. We can't wait to see how this case unfolds, will she accept a plea deal? Will she go back to jail! Stay tuned to find out. In the middle of this trial Lohan is making the move from the sunny West coast to New York, trying to run from her problems? Probably, we'd run too if we were her! Then again trouble will follow her wherever she goes, this young starlet is a trainwreck and we love to watch!
